We all need a little peace, self care time and the space to wind down. If you have been following our big family of seven you know we need ways to help our kids wind down and relax. As part of our bedtime routine each night after book time we do a meditation, relaxation technique, mental health video or talk about our emotions before bed. Things like relaxing sounds can be very helpful during that peaceful family time. Hope you all enjoy these types of quiet moments with our family too.
