この動画は三重県伊勢市にある超強パワースポットの
伊勢神宮（内宮）にある川、五十鈴川の自然音動画です。
火のエネルギーである焚き火を組み合わせた映像となっています。

五十鈴川の音と虫の声やパチパチ音でより寝やすくなります。
五十鈴川には伊勢神宮の神様「天照大神」の御神気が入っています。
見えないエネルギーは共振する性質があるので
神様のエネルギーが入った川の音、川の映像をみることで
あなたの波動が上がり、チャクラが開きます。
私の「覚醒」という言葉の定義はチャクラが開くことです。

神様のエネルギーの素晴らしさを実感することの方が大事なことです。
何かをお願いしたい気持ちは理解できますが、お願いは控えていただけるとありがたいです。
▼気の感じ方
【前提】
①万物は気（見えないエネルギー）を持っている
②動画や写真、音、声、文字などから気（見えないエネルギー）が出ている
③エネルギーは共振する
動画や写真に視線を向ける（手をかざす）と対象と気が繋がる→エネルギーが共振する→気 を感じる（音や声、文字もエネルギーだから共振する）
【気を感じる方法】
気を感じるには①「呼吸で感じる」または②「手で感じる」をおすすめしています。
①気を呼吸で感じる方法
良いエネルギーを感じる→呼吸がしやすくなる
悪いエネルギー（邪気）を感じる→呼吸がしにくくなる
②気を手で感じる方法
スマホなどに「手のひら」をかざすだけ
感じにくい場合には「手の甲」で感じる
対象が小さい場合には「指の先」で感じる
触るよりも１～3ｃｍ程度離したほうが感じやすい。
良いエネルギーを感じる→風が吹いている感覚、暖かい、
悪いエネルギーを感じる→チクチクする、冷たい

【チャクラの感じる方法】
①対象者のチャクラ部分に手をかざすだけ（写真や動画でも可）。
対象が小さければ指でかざす。
チャクラが開いていたら→あったかい感覚を感じる。呼吸が楽
チャクラが閉じていたら→手に何も感じない。呼吸が苦しくなる
②対象者を見て自分のチャクラに手をかざす。
手に感じる感覚確かめる。棒が立っているような感覚があればチャクラが開いている。
棒がなければチャクラが閉じている。
または自分のチャクラに手をかざして、呼吸してみる。
呼吸しやすければチャクラは開いている。
呼吸しにくければチャクラは閉じている。

▼ The process of feeling energy.
[The premise is that;]
① Everything has its invisible energy.
② Videos, pictures, sounds, voices and letters give out the energy.
③The energy resonates.
If you have a look at a video or picture, you would be connected to that object’s energy → That energy resonates. → You can feel the energy*This is because sounds, voices and letters are a kind of energy also that’s why they resonates.
[How to feel the energy]
I recommend two ways of feeling this energy. First is feeling the energy by breathing and second by using hands.
①How to feel the energy by breathing
You feel good energy → When you can breath smoothly
You feel bad energy → When you can not breath smoothly
②How to feel the energy by hands
You can feel the energy by just holding your hand over the object (e.g a smartphone)
If you can’t feel it easily, use the back of your hands.
If the object is small, hold your fingertips over the object instead.
It’s better to make space of 1-3cm from the object than touching it directly
Good energy → Breeze or warm sensation
Bad energy → Pricking pain or cold sensation

[How to feel the Chakra]
①Hold your hand over the part of Chakra in one’s body. From photos and videos can be also available to feel Chakra.
If that person’s body is quite small, holding finger over in instead.
Chakra is open→Warm sensation
Chakra is close→Feeling nothing
②Holding your hand over your Chakra after looking at the person you want to check
Checking how you feel by your hand. If you feel that stick stands on your hand, it means Chakra is open.
If you don’t feel it, Chakra is close.
In other way, breathing after holding your hand over your Chakra
If you can breath smoothly, the Chakra is open.
If you can not breath smoothly, the Chakra is closed.
